Automated Onboarding for Real Estate Brokers
A real estate brokerage in Colorado Springs came to us with the challenge that they were spending too much time with the administrative hassles with onboarding agents.
Their process had them collecting information via a paper form, entered into a spreadsheet and flowed through the various steps including document management, signatures, billing CRM management.
Our solution was to build a web hub for agents with a connection to their CRM and admin systems to process the onboarding. It provided a place where the onboarding agents could enter their information. It flowed automatically from the web site, to the CRM, creating agreements that could be electronically signed and forward on to billing.
We created an operating procedure that walks through the administrative process and how they can be self sufficient after deployment. In addition, we created videos for incoming agents to walk them through the process.
Automated Referral Process
A real estate brokerage came to us with a challenge to help them track and process incoming referrals from one agent to another.
The existing process had the agent with the referral completing a paper form that they had to scan and email to the managing firm. The administrator would then have to enter the details into multiple systems to complete the back end process.
Our solution was to create an automated workflow from their web based hub. The referring agent completes a web form that takes the information and populates a referral agreement that can be electronically signed by all parties and logs the progress in their CRM.
